Flash win eXTREMESLAND Asia Finals 2017

Flash have been crowned the eXTREMESLAND Asia Finals 2017 champions after beating Eclipse 2-1.
The grand final of the Chinese event pitted Flash against Eclipse after the duo defeated Kings and ViCi, respectively, in the semi-final stage of the competition, with both matches going to three maps.
The title decider began on Inferno, Flash's map pick, with Andrew "kaze" Khong and co. taking control of proceedings from the get-go as they cruised to an 11-2 lead on the CT side. Eclipse still managed to bag the final two rounds of the half, but Flash further increased their lead by taking the pistol round and the subsequent anti-ecos.
A four-round streak still gave Eclipse some hop as they brought the scoreline to 14-8, but one final push from the Terrorists gave them the two rounds they needed to close out the map.
Cobblestone was a completely different story. Flash could not string more than two rounds together throughout the half as they found it very hard to break through Eclipse's defense, with the half ending in a 10-5 scoreline.
YangYang "ayaya" Zheng & co. picked up where they had left off and piled even more pressure on Flash by winning the first three rounds of the second half. The CTs still tried to get back into the game, but eventually Eclipse locked down the map, 16-8, to take the series to a third map.
On Train, the decider map, Flash got off to a blazing fast start as they took the first seven rounds of the game. Eclipse then finally managed to get a couple of rounds on the board, but they were still limited to four rounds at the end of the half.
Eclipse kept themselves in the game by taking the first three rounds of the second half, but one Flash bought up it was all over as YuanZhang "Attacker" Sheng's men secured five rounds straight en-route to a 16-7 finish.
